Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to Australia, the USA, the UK, and Canada but only at an order of $139 or above. However, this free shipping does not mean that the product will take ample time to be delivered. We will select the fastest shipping courier service to provide you with the product on time, as your happiness and satisfaction mean a lot to us.

Regular & Express Deliveries

We take orders from almost all the countries, but the delivery modes and charges vary in all the nations. We do not offer our services or products to some countries like Israel, Russia, India, Iraq, Iran, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries. 

Most of your purchased products will be shipped within 10 working days for Regular Deliveries. Nevertheless, in some cases, we may also exceed the shipment time by up to 20 working days.

For Express Deliveries, we offer a premium shipment service like FedEx, DHL, TNT, and others that takes only 3-5 working days for delivery. The right to select the fastest courier service to deliver the product on time at your doorstep is kept by us.

Moreover, we ship all the orders based on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Therefore, the customer must pay the delivery duty and customs charges. Therefore, please check your country’s customs charges before placing an order.

Once we receive the payments, we send an order confirmation email to our customers. We deliver products safely; that is why we do not ship products to PO, FPO, and APO box addresses. We ensure that our products are sent to the correct addresses, so we require the receiver’s signature.

After the order is shipped, we immediately inform the customer through an email and send him a tracking code. Then it becomes his responsibility to check the status of that order to stay updated about it. If for any reason, the courier company holds the delivery or if it delivers the order when nobody is at home, then the customer is responsible for approaching the courier company. Moreover, if the company attempts to provide many times but the customer is unapproachable, or due to any other reason, the courier company may destroy the order. We will not be responsible for any of the cases mentioned above. So it is recommended to the customers to please track their orders correctly.

Shipment

We dispatch our products by choosing the high-speed shipping route through multiple methods like FedEx, DHL, Skynet, USPS etc. An email with a tracking code is forwarded to inform the customer that the order has been shipped, and he/she can check the order status with that tracking code.
The customers must provide their complete contact information and proper address for shipping. You can contact our Customer Support if you mistakenly entered the wrong details or if anything is missed in the notification within 24 hours.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Period

As our shipping methods vary in every zone, the shipping charges and delivery period are also different. The handling period is not included in the shipment time and is usually 5-10 working days for every order.
We have Multiple methods of shipping, express shipping, standard shipping, and economy shipping. Like in our express shipping your product will take 5-8 business days on shipping process. For more details please check the table below:

Damages

You can exchange the product if you find it damaged in transit. Please get in touch with our Customer Support for this process.

Warehouse Disclosure

We operate a global network of warehouses, strategically located across various regions to ensure efficient shipping and delivery. Our warehouses are situated in the United States, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. As such, your parcel will be shipped from one of these locations, depending on your order and shipping requirements.
