Our Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy is quite flexible as the satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Our policies assist us in gaining customers’ trust and makes us the most reliable brand for online shopping.

After 2 days of placing an order, we will not allow the cancellation of orders, and we apologize for that. We enable the exchange of products within 30 days of delivery. Moreover, if you want a refund, we will allow it, but the refund process will differ for different cases. The refund process may take 10-45 days, whereas the returns process will take 15-20 days. We will refund your amount to the same account or credit card from where the payment was made and will take 30 days to appear in your reports. The product(s) cost with applicable taxes will be transferred to your accounts, whereas handling costs and shipping charges will not be refunded. Only those customers who opt for refunds can get 100% of store credit after a deduction of the shipping cost. Those customers who return products due to sizing issues can not claim a complete refund as we reconfirm their sizes after they place orders. In such cases, customers can opt for exchange while paying the shipping cost to deliver that product back to us. Please note that customers cannot claim for Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy after using or damaging the products.
