Return/Exchange Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy which starts from the date of delivery of the product. After 30 days, we cannot process any return or refund.
Return Eligibility
- Only those items are accepted for return/exchange that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and come with original tags/packaging.
- Sale items, customised jackets, and clearance products are not eligible for a refund except if the product is defective.
- For hygiene reasons, personal care items and customised products (with name/design) can only be returned if defective.
Return Process
- To initiate a return within 30 days, send an email to hello@masterjacket.com
and mention your order number, item name, and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address (Germany). Do not send any parcel back without our confirmed address.
- Securely pack the product and share the return shipping receipt/tracking number with us.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to size or personal preference, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund and Timeline
- After the returned item is received at the warehouse and inspected, we will start the refund process.
- You should receive your refund within 20 business days (approximately 4 weeks) after handing over your package to the courier. This duration includes the time for the item to reach us from the shipper (5–10 business days), our internal processing (3–5 business days), and your bank’s processing time (5–10 business days).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the original method is not available, we will offer store credit or an alternate method.
- If the item does not meet our policy (used or damaged), we may reject the return.
Exchanges
- A request for size or colour exchange can be made within 30 days. Replacement is subject to available stock.
- In case of exchange due to size or preference, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
