All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Berlin Time (GMT+1) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are based on the destination region and selected shipping method.

Delivery Notes

Estimated delivery times shown above do not include the 5–7 business day processing period.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, seasonal demand, courier delays, weather conditions, or regional disruptions.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available only for United States orders with a total order value of $139.00 or more.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If a parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
