Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Processing does not take place on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

• United States (Economy) — 1-9 business days. Free shipping on orders $139+; $15 flat rate on orders under $139.
• Australia, Canada, UK (Economy) – 1-9 business days; $15 shipping charge.
• Europe (Economy) – 1-9 business days; $20 shipping charge.
• Asia (Economy) – 1-9 business days; $35 shipping charge.
• Rest of the World (Economy) – 1-9 business days; $40 shipping charge.
  
• We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is available only for U.S. orders when the order value is $139.00 or more.

Tracking and Lost Parcels

After shipping, we email the tracking number. You can check your parcel status on the courier’s website.
If the parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, we will investigate with the courier and, upon confirmation, offer a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping details are provided in the Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us before initiating a return.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Berlin Time, GMT +1) will be processed on the next business day.

Return/Exchange Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy which starts from the date of delivery of the product. After 30 days, we cannot process any return or refund.

Return Eligibility

• Only those items are accepted for return/exchange that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and come with original tags/packaging.
• Sale items, customised jackets, and clearance products are not eligible for a refund except if the product is defective.
• For hygiene reasons, personal care items and customised products (with name/design) can only be returned if defective.

Return Process

• To initiate a return within 30 days, send an email to hello@masterjacket.com
  and mention your order number, item name, and the reason for return.
• We will provide you with the return address (Germany). Do not send any parcel back without our confirmed address.
• Securely pack the product and share the return shipping receipt/tracking number with us.
• If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to size or personal preference, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
